Language courses and short stays at
British boarding bchools

Summer, term time, post-school

A summer language course at a boarding school in the UK: small classes, students from around the world, afternoons filled with sport and excursions. A short stay during the school year: two to eight weeks, fully integrated into lessons, clubs and the boarding house. Or, after the Abitur, a foundation programme at a college in Oxford, Cambridge or London, taught entirely in English. Three formats, each designed for a different stage and a different goal.

English language courses at British boarding schools

English lessons in small groups of 8 to 12 students, 15 to 20 hours a week, combined with sport, music, excursions and an international environment.

Many summer schools focus on specific subjects, such as mini-MBAs, sustainability or digital communication. The courses are aimed at 12- to 17-year-olds. We have been working with over 50 certified providers for decades.

Immersion: Two to eight weeks

Boarding school during the school year

Many of our partner schools offer international students the chance to immerse themselves in everyday British school life for two to eight weeks: regular lessons, sports, clubs and boarding house life. They are fully integrated into lessons and boarding school life.

When a short stay becomes more

Many of these experiences lead to a bigger decision: a full term, a year, or the rest of school at a British boarding school. When they do, we are already in the right conversation.

Foundation programmes

For young adults planning a stay in England after their Abitur: We support this step too, from fourteen-week subject-specific courses taught in English to full-year foundation programmes at private colleges in Oxford, Cambridge and London.
